Revolve is the same developer behind highly successful projects Atlas NoDa, Lumina and Domain. The firm won the townhome Community of the Year award for Domain in the Major Achievement in Market Excellence Awards by the Homebuilders Association of Greater Charlotte. Atlas NoDa was awarded most popular residential development by Charlotte Observer’s Charlotte’s Best Awards in 2020. Atlas also won Best Product Design for a Single Family Home Under 3,000sf & Community of the Year award for Major Achievement in Market Excellence Awards by the Homebuilders Association of Greater Charlotte. The North Carolina Home Builders Association awarded Atlas Rising Star awards for Best Design Detail, Best Single Family Home, and Community of the Year. The National Association of Home Builders recognized Atlas with two Best in American Living Awards for Detached Home and Infill Community. Local to the NoDa neighborhood and a Charlotte native, Kaitlyn has a deep appreciation for helping others plant roots in our city. She has been selling residential real estate since 2012 and takes pride in taking great care of her customers and prioritizing their best interests. That is her goal with each and every Revolve Residential client.
In her free time, you’ll find Kaitlyn spending time at one of the many Carolina Thread Trails in the area with her dog Mizuno, spending time with family and enjoying all that NoDa has to offer.
