Pick a Home

Each home has a designated finish package and is under construction. Make an appointment for a hardhat tour in October + select your lot.

Make an Offer

We’ll provide pricing guidance, and you can bid on as many homes as you like, buy one. Deadline for bidding period for all homes: Date TBD. Online bidding for prequalified buyers at BuyRevolve.com

Lock It In

Once your offer is accepted, you will be notified by email, then Docusign the final contract + place your deposit to secure your spot.

Watch the Progress

Phase 2 homes will be sold when there’s 60-90 days of work remaining…so sit back + watch your home’s finishing touches.

Closing

Close on your new home and move-in (+ plan your housewarming party)!
